-I have the right to alter my terms of service and prices at any time. Updates will not apply retroactively and won’t influence orders started on older terms.
-REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER SKETCH IS APPROVED OR AFTER YOUR ART IS COMPLETED
-I will NEVER allow the use my work for NFT or AI bullshit.
Using Commissioned work for monetary gain (Ex: selling prints and ect. featuring said art) is not allowed

1. Any type of progress and updates will be given at least once or twice a day via note/chat or telegram, or discord2. Time of finished piece depends on what you want to commission, bigger projects tend to take more time and how long the queue is. I do tend to give an estimation of when i expect to finish your piece.2. each commission type will receive a sketch stage for approval and right to revision. (this is limited to 2 revisions any more will have an additional 4$ fee)3. Deadlines are available if asked. Must be communicated and agreed upon before payment. Deadlines will affect prices and can be declined.Art rights
!.I will be posting finished art as examples for future work.2.Clients can repost purchased art with or without credit as long as my watermark is not removed3.If the file of the finished art you received is lost i am not guaranteed to still have it after a couple of days PLEASE properly save your product.Character and DesignsDo NOT resell designs for more than you paid for UNLESS of course you have purchased more art or physical items for it.once you purchase the character you can do whatever with them all i ask is that i am credited for the original design.

-color pallete (i typically just do circles of the color nnear where they appear on the ref but you can ask for the pallete on the side in a strip)

Telegram stickers :
10$ per stickersticker pack rules and notes:
-all sticker comms include a sticker pack pixel art icon.
-hard limit is 15 stickers at one time you can ask for more at a later date and ill gladly add them to the pack if you're a returning client.
(this is mainly cause ill get burnt out ant the quality will start to drop i want to make sure each sticker has the same amount of care put into them)
-yes you can ask for meme redraws for the stickers
-shading adds 5$ per stickerExamples:

NSFW COMISSIONS WILL REQUIRE SOME SORT OF PROOF THAT YOU ARE 18 OR OLDERThings i will NOT draw:-realistic animal genitalia (it will have to be humanoid or fantasy based only)
-pregnancy
-vomit,scat,piss,farting
-baby fur or diaper stuff
-underaged characters (obviously)
-non-con or sexual assault
-incest themes(but if you’re not sure about something not listed feel free to ask)
